Frequently Asked Questions

How much time does each day take?

Each daily lesson requires approximately 20–30 minutes to read and complete, plus the 4–5 minute 'ENTER THE ZONE' mental practice (breathing, visualization, affirmations). Most audio tracks last 15–25 minutes except the Daily Affirmation recordings which are over an hour each. Except for the 'Self-Hypnosis' recording, all are designed to be listened to during practice, while driving to a match, or wherever and whenever you have time.

When will I see and feel a real difference?

Immediately. You'll have tools you can use starting from Day 1. Every lesson provides practical insights you can apply at the table right away to shift your mindset and improve your performance. While you'll see immediate shifts in your approach, the "huge changes" come from deliberate repetition. Review the lessons and listen to the audio recordings as often as possible. By consistently flooding your subconscious with the course's audio recordings and daily affirmations, you'll accelerate your progress and notice a profound evolution in your game.

Do I need to be an advanced player?

No. This program benefits players at all levels — from serious amateurs to seasoned professionals. If you play competitively and want to close the gap between your practice performance and your match performance, this was built for you.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens. The program is designed for a 30-day period but the lessons don't expire and don't reset if you miss a day. Many players will take much longer. Just pick up where you left off. The system works whether you complete it in 30 consecutive days or not. You have Lifetime Access to all of the materials, so proceed at your own pace with no outside pressure. The material is timeless and you can revisit any part of the program whenever you like.

Can I access this on my phone?

Yes. The course and all audio tracks are fully accessible on any device — desktop, tablet, or mobile — through the course platform. Many players listen to the audio tracks during their drive to the pool hall or during warm-up.
