The lessons build the knowledge — your 11+ hours across 23 recordings reinforce it, activate it, and help it sink deeper. You don’t need to listen to every audio every day. Use this as your map: find where you are in the program, then reach for the audio that serves that week’s work best.
Week 1 Focus: These audios are among the most foundational in the entire program. If you only have time for one, start with You Are a Pool Player — identity comes first. Then add The Blueprint for Success as Day 2 lands.
Week 2 Focus: This is the heaviest mental load week. Lean on Pressure Is A Privilege starting Day 11 and keep Targeted Affirmations — Full Version, Audio 2 running in the background — toughness is built through repetition, not just reading.
Week 3 Focus: This week is about application under real conditions. Positive Self-Talk is the week’s anchor audio — start it on Day 15 and revisit it before any competitive session or match during this stretch.
Week 4 Focus: This week has the most audios because mastery requires layering. Start Targeted Affirmations — 25 Categories on Day 22, add Self-Hypnosis in the evenings, and use Pre-Match Focus or Pre-Match Mindset any time you have a real match coming up.
